Tonight, I was getting ready for church. Mary Alice came in and commented on what I was wearing (a pair of khakis and a white sweater).
"Mom, you look really pretty. Your sweater reminds me of baking powder. Your pants look like roasted chicken."
Hmmm. Resembling a roasted chicken wasn't exactly the look I was going for. Perhaps she has a future in the food industry?

that's hilarious. haha... i'm sitting at my apartment by myself (yes, everyone has already left for spring break) and laughing out loud. i miss that girl. i have my first real clinical experience tomorrow at 6:30 am (don't ask me why i'm up at 1) oops... could you say a quick prayer that everything goes all right? i love you and am still praying for you.

That is too funny that she described your pants as looking like roasted chicken! I really did laugh out loud at that. Kids say such funny things!
